Maintenance Supervisors get a free apartment if it's a tax credit property. The maintenance regionals are pretty cool and down to earth.

Cons

Human resources is very unethical. In my experience, I reported a manager for her vulger language and harassment. Four months later, she retaliated against me and coursed our staff to turn on me and lie about me to Human resources. I caught her and the staff lying about it and reported that as well to Human resources so everyone was terminated along with me. I had never been written up or had a verbal discussion for behavior for that matter. The main Human resources representative was her good friend so she made sure I was terminated for no reason.
