The NRP Group as a whole organization has amazing leadership throughout that will help and guide you always in the right direction. The NRP group strongly believes in there people they will provide all the tools needed to succeed. I love the culture, the leadership, and the possibilities to grow my career further. This is truly a family-like company that cares more about their employees that will invest in you as a person, not just an employee. Your voice is heard and respected.

Great place to work, it feels like being part of a big family. NRP invests in the personal growth and skill development of its employees. Inclusive and great collaborative working environment. NRP cares about its employees & costumers and has shown that more than ever by how they have supported and embraced everyone during the Covid-19 crisis.

Pros

Hard work is both expected and rewarded. NRP does a lot to keep employee happy and engaged. Great flexibility and work/life balance. Upper level management is accessible and receptive to feedback. Benefits have recently been updated to include more paid holidays, a better 401k match, and paid parental leave - all things that were suggested by employees.
