Great place to work, it feels like being part of a big family. NRP invests in the personal growth and skill development of its employees. Inclusive and great collaborative working environment. NRP cares about its employees & costumers and has shown that more than ever by how they have supported and embraced everyone during the Covid-19 crisis.

Pros

Hard work is both expected and rewarded. NRP does a lot to keep employee happy and engaged. Great flexibility and work/life balance. Upper level management is accessible and receptive to feedback. Benefits have recently been updated to include more paid holidays, a better 401k match, and paid parental leave - all things that were suggested by employees.

Pros

The NRP Group has done an amazing job of navigating through this pandemic. The senior staff has worked to make sure that all employees whether they are working from home 100% or working the front-line are set up with the tools needed to work efficiently and safely. The company has implemented policies and procedures to follow and have set up many options for employees to meet via zoom and Microsoft Teams so that we can all continue to meet our goals and deadlines. NRP has not missed a beat.
