      Pros

      I started with NRP way back in 2013 before they witnessed tremendous growth. It was very much a family office with an outstanding culture of collaboration and support. We have since at least doubled in size and now have a state of the art office in Playhouse square, but we haven't never changed our culture. All of the senior leadership is extremely accessible. Also, since we have been growing so much, new roles have been created and opportunity for advancement is almost limitless.

      Cons

      From my perspective, I don't have any complaints. The company has proven to me over 7 years that they are willing to take a look in the mirror and address any shortcomings they may have and listen to employee concerns. That is not more evident than when you look at our great benefits and work flexibility.

      Pros

      I have had such a great experience at the NRP group! Employees have been welcoming and work well together. We have showed a lot of success in remote collaboration during COVID and the company handled it very well. They trust their employees to make smart decisions and they know I am productive while working from home. I have seen multiple instances of higher up employees advocating for others to ensure they get credit where it's due and are acknowledged for their hard work. I finally feel at home at NRP and I am so hopeful to stay here for as long as possible!

      Innovative Construction Company

      Pros

      I’ve been with the company for five years now and expect many more. They provide great room for internal advancement and career growth. Managers that I have been lucky enough to work with actually care about your well being and safety. During the Covid Crisis our construction team managed to move flawlessly through the shutdown to keep our essential workers going.

      Cons

      Like any other multifamily construction Long hour required.
