      -Amazing Pay -Great Benefits and Work/Life Balance -Growing Company with Opportunity to Move Up -Giving Back Nature -Never forget to thank you for your hard work!

      -Still room to grow in training programs. -Some outdated policies and systems. -They have started, but continuing to add diversity and promoting women into higher roles. The culture can feel like a "Boys Club" at times.

      I love the amount of support teams we have & how willing everyone is to help when needed! My favorite part is the enthusiasm NRP exudes for it's employees!

      Sometimes the response time for emails/tickets can take days.
