I have been with NRP for 3 years - They are a great growing company. As an employee they train and support you to be successful. The benefits are 2nd to none - I am very impressed with the 401K, vacation and holiday time off. If you are looking for a great company to grow with you would be lucky to work with NRP.

Cons

Nothing personally - Fast growth can cause some miscommunications.

Takes a bit of time to resolve IT issues. On boarding of new staff is improving, but not quiet at The Gold Standard.

NRP is an extremely fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work! The CEO truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. The culture at NRP is the best I’ve ever worked for and everyone is authentic and loves what they do. Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping anyone if needed. Because NRP is growing so rapidly, there are a lot of employment advancements.

Cons

Insurance cost seem to be a little on the high side.
