Pros

Vacation time is fantastic, who else (besides public school) will give you 5 weeks of vaca right off the bat? Also, graduate school tuition reimbursement is hard to come by in this economy, which makes NECC a great place for new college grads.

Cons

I am currently finding that it is difficult to transfer between teams. Fortunately, this problem only occurs once per contract year.

Pros

Many professional and specialist on site to assist with implementing and developing behavior plans to aid in the life improvement of those diagnosed with ASD. 5 weeks of paid vacations.

Cons

It sometimes feels like you never leave work or that you are ever "all caught up" on your work. You need to love what you do to do what we do at this center.
