      Practices what it preaches, rewards success, continuously develops staff, hybrid work environment, early finishes on Fridays, offers support, believes in the benefits of diversity in the workplace & last but not least a dog friendly office!

      Cons

      Really supportive environment & not micromanager-y at all, nothing negative to report.

      -All the 4 founders are approachable and genuinely care for their people -Lots of flexibility -No micromanagement -Mature environment -No one tells you what to do, you get to manage your work the way you want to - They are focussed on providing the best service to the candidates and the clients alike - Lots of team activities, trainings, events and lunches - Good bonus and incentive schemes - The business invests a lot in new systems
