Pros

Easy to get hired, 5 hour work days, simple work.

Cons

Heavy work load, schedule isn't flexible, you may have a great manager one year, then the next manager will be terrible.

Pros

Easy work done remotely. Simple tasks to learn and can always reach out to someone for help. Pretty flexible with schedule, can either add or remove days although they do have a policy sometimes management can be understanding. You receive a $50 reimburse on internet every month.

Cons

Poor management, no communication on employees performance, they will just fire you and say they have mentioned or warned you before. Unprofessional. No team work and support on feedback on employees need to improve work skills.
