Pros

Resources are there to launch and sustain a large campaign operation anywhere. You will be well compensated compared to most. Training is well structured and useful. They trust you to do your job until you show you can't. They don't have time to oversee everything you do so there is space to create your own thing. Safety protocols and safety team are amazing.

Cons

No use of automation or software for organizing that could save a lot of time/pain. You will pull long hours with little expectation for self-care time (as most campaigns go). Leadership can be spread thin and tech issues are frequent.

-Working with extremely talented folks with years of industry experience growing support for progressive non-profits on a host of important issues. -Competitive compensation and benefits with PTO and flexible schedules. -Being part of a team that recognizes hard work and pushes you to achieve more than you ever imagined possible.

Cons

Incredibly hard work and hours are on the longer side for leadership. Then again, nothing worth doing is a typical 9-5...

Very supporting work environment. There is so much room for growth. The people are wonderful and encouraging. It’s great to work with people who have common values and really care about human rights.

Cons

Not being as involved as the canvessors, but still doing an essential job as an operation specialist.
