Great pay and team. I had a great time and developed a good relationship with my coworkers. Directors of the projects were lovely and kind and very clear on their standards. The job can be stressful so it is great to have a support system behind you on calls or canvassing. They take time to make sure you are safe and have your physical needs taken care of.

Cons

Can be difficult work some days and easy work others. because you are interacting and doing politics it wont always feel like you are making connections or making a difference. its also part time so usually not a full 8 hours a day and its not an ongoing job that you can work for 5 years. I only wish politics would allow for that.

My managers were so helpful and understanding and all around wonderful people to work for. The pay was top notch and there's lots of room for advancement in the company and you're doing real work that affects people's lives. I loved working here and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Cons

It was temporary work and I wish it was a permanent position. If you're not good with working with the public and initiating conversation then this is not the job for you.
