Pros

Health insurance and unlimited PTO. Lots of raised eyebrows if you actually take PTO though.

Cons

Things are not going well for them. There is so much mismanagement that they've lost a ton of money this year and just had to fire most of their employees including people who didn't have cycle contracts. They prioritize appearing to value Equity and Justice over everything else, but there are no thorough HR investigations. There are a lot of meetings about bad behavior but no consequences. They have a salary calculator, but they don't value relevant work experience over general work and assign no value to education.
