Pros

They seem great at first, they're not

Cons

Horrible communication No diversity unless you think and act like the m Hire and employ those who will be loyal and not question their practices Rebranded their fundraising side multiple times after so many failed attempts to run it without giving off complete misappropriation of funds and mismanagement Diversity is white people gatekeeping like all other fundraising groups with a couple POC hand picked to make it look diverse Zero guidance or direction provided on expectations Works staff an insane amount of hours for not enough pay and mistreatment of staff Seriously stay away from these people unless you want to reiterate all that is broken in pur system and be another well meaning white person

The company had a great culture.

Cons

There were days where it was hard to meet quota but the directors worked with canvassers to reach goals

Pros

None, I have nothing positive to say, but this website insists in writing at least 5 words here.

Cons

Lied to about how long the job would last (even after I asked directly in both the interview and training, then had to find out from coworkers when the campaign ACTUALLY ended), benefits turned out to be a lie because it would be over 6 weeks before I would be eligible and the campaign was apparently only 2 & 1/2 weeks, lied to about where offices were and how parking worked (this was straight incompetence on management's part), half of everyday wasted to drive to new offices outside of the city (closer to the airport) then back to where employees actually live to do their canvassing (we wasted about half our day any given day going to the beginning and end of day meetings that accomplish NOTHING!!!), and had to suffer the indignity of both hostile people in poor neighborhoods who are offended by voter registration, as well as a manager who selectively enforces rules, like only asking employees to wear masks some days, and being really insistent about it when he does, also the exact type of mask and other asinine rules which again, are only occasionally followed by other staff. Oh! And had to be driven (from the offices) to and from canvassing areas by team leads, who, it turns out, are sometimes Trump enthusiasts and you have to suffer their bs for hours while you're trapped in a car with them for your commute. Worst job I've ever had, it's no wonder the average turnover rate here is less than one week.
