Pros

I have more than 10 years in the administrative industry, 2 working remotely. I worked with The Outreach Team as a Bilingual Quality Control Administrator and working with this company has been my favorite experience when it comes to supporting. They are very open-minded and flexible and they always wanted to make sure their employees felt heard and valued. This experience made me reflect on how many other companies need to improve. They are very inclusive and also, there is space to progress within the company as they are open to training the right candidates.

Cons

The only cons I found out when working in this position for this company were that they only had one afternoon shift (and I need a morning shift) and that after visually inspecting voter registration cards, you'll have to call every single voter registered to verify the information is accurate, which is not bad if you are ok with doing calls but for me, after working in many other call centers found exhausting.

Pros

Starting pay is decent. I would recommend for a summer job.

Cons

Little direction. You’re pretty much left on your own. Expects you to canvas in lighting storms and rain.

Good for a short term gig

Pros

They hire a lot of short term workers for campaigns. Give full benefits after a month. Lot of focus on diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Lot of metrics and pushing to meet them but then no positive feedback for stronger team members. Way too many meetings.
