Worst Job I've ever had

Pros

Worked for a good cause - Amnesty International

Cons

Directors were expected to pay for things for the office and then get reimbursed, use their own cars for work purposes with little mileage reimbursement, and management constantly moved the goal posts on us when we would hit goals. Right after I quit, everyone I worked with was told that The Outreach Team partners had been stealing money and were told they had to go and work for another organization with the same management or lose their jobs.

Pros

The people you meet and friendships you make.

Cons

Works its directors everyday for AT LEAST 12 hours a day. (Tries to work you more.) Uses emotional manipulation and gaslighting as tactics to get more work out of its employees and promised us a bunch of bonuses to not quit then didnt pay them. If you work for them, negotiate a fair deal and get any promises in writing.
