flexible work hours, great benefits, hands-on experience, growing at a fast pace so there is a lot of room to level up your career, good work environment, unlimited paid time off, good salary

Cons

doing recruiter work during a pandemic, the work can be very tedious day-to-day and sometimes can be difficult staying motivated. the work is mostly sedentary

The company is very friendly and was amazing to work with. They’ve helped me and others grow in plenty of ways.

Cons

Canvassing itself is a very hard job - plenty of bad interactions with people out on the field. The directors are very supportive and understanding of that, though.

Pros

This company makes sure you are included and heard, and this job was so wonderful to do! Flexible, and the pay was great. I felt like I had all the recourse and contacts that I needed, I never felt unheard or uncomfortable. It was a great way to meet new, friendly people, too! Management was nothing short of extraordinary, as well. Overall a very fun and rewarding experience.

Cons

Sometimes there are people you meet on the job that don't appreciate what you're doing too much, but that isn't the fault of the company. I don't really have anything to warn of.
