Pros

Travel Salary Housing Rental (depending on your client) Weekly equity/justice calls

Cons

* THIS WILL BE LONG BUT PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ACCEPT* TOT does not know how to use their money correctly, they've been almost bankrupt many times over. That shows in a few ways ( they use a system called abacus for reimbursements if you arent given an Amex card) they may delay your abacus up to 8 weeks. You may also be fronting the bill for housing and just getting a reimbursement. That doesn't sound bad but when youve been flown into a place like Florida and there is a $50 Nightly room charge on top of already a couple grand for a week or two... it begins to add up. Though you will never be homeless they will put you in a roadside motel that requires you to get bedbug treatment over 3 times. Lets move on to the bouses ( When TOT overspends which they have all 4 contracts ive been on) They will also call an impromptu meeting and force you to sign a new contract that null and voids your initial regardless if the bonus is smaller or non existent. Refusal of this will bring your loyalty to the company into question and will more than likely end in a written or verbal warning. If they overspend so much they cant dig themselves out, you will be laid off, same day, no reason, just a plane ticket home. Things to note: The higher you go in the company the less diversity (Cis straight White) Members of the board are Republicans, invested in the private prison system, and against recreational Marijuana The baby company "Wave Fundraising" is the same organization If you still want to take the chance to be stranded in a random state for a company that cares much more about their bottom line than their employees, this is the job for you.

Pros

It is an opportunity to make decent money doing fundraising for nonprofits.

Cons

They have their employees canvass neighborhoods for donations even if it 40 degrees outside and raining heavily. Employees who don't find donors are fired. Employees who don't deal well with pressure chose to quit.
