Lots of jobs to work.

Cons

Work Environment is very hostile. Members of management team used inappropriate sexual jokes, multiple uses of derogatory racial comments. Management has very clear favorites, they speak down to the recruiters and then take credit for all of their work.

Pros

The recruiters are nice people, ok place to get experience for the next position.

Cons

Lack of consistency, constant directional change, long hours and low commission. More concerned with how they look on the outside than how internal employees are treated. Training is lacking.
