Pros

the company offer a good package for employees all round , and there is a good and friendly workforce, who are always willing to help each other

Cons

A large hotel group but unfortunately a family and friend run business with a lending to who know, rather than what you know.

None, none, none, and none.

Cons

They are entirely stagnant in time. There is no sense of direction whatsoever. If you aspire to build a career, it's best to steer clear of this company, as they show no interest in your professional growth. They seem lost and have no clear vision for their future. Each day is consumed by never-ending meetings with no clear purpose, and it ends with a sense of aimlessness.
