Working here, you develop a very family-like relationship with co-workers, managers and other branches. No matter what position of the corporate ladder you are at, the company strives to know everyone at a first-name basis and that you feel welcome to come to work. It has a very positive environment.

Cons

This company is fair and treats every "case" individually, so I do not see any cons here.
