Pros

by far the best company I have ever worked for when it comes to making you feel like your not just a number but an actual part of the family. No weekends allow for much need family time. Management is by far superior to any I've delt with in the past.

Cons

only downside I could mention is the over hour commute to work but the company makes it worthwhile.
