Toxic work environment that fails to listen to employee input

Cons
The hideous work uniform that’s strictly enforced but it looks severely off brand as it’s not elevated. An employee will literally come in looking well put together; prim and proper an example would be head to toe all black and will be threatened to put on an ugly dingy green sweater/shirt that’s not complementary or elevated at all. Half the store has different shades of greens and textures and it’s such an eye sore and over saturated as there’s the same shade green plastered throughout the store. The shirt literally shoots your confidence down tremendously the moment you have to put it on. The uniform policy has lowered the moral of the store immensely since it was rolled out in 2021. It’s a disappointment that it’s been brought into 2024 here at the weho location especially with the remodeling of the store and rebranding. We would all look better in all black, like most luxury retailers that have a uniform policy.
