One of the best benefit packages ever. Remote 40% of the time.

24/7 Management doesn't understand, accusatory, not supportive, doesn't listen Company is fast growing and doesn't communicate well HR listened but didn't assist Bonuses were reduced and expectations were raised Pay does not match the amount of work put in They offer you unlimited time off and then make you feel guilty for it and don't change your goals based on time off

Get a good amount of time off and I never got time off denied You finally can make a living wage in months you make commission

Cons

Very low base pay and management always moves commission qualifiers once too much of the team starts to hit them in order to cut corners as the company is in serious lack of profitability. They can't retain customers/consignors and upper management simply could care less. Most of your day is spent putting out fires and manipulating people to try and make them keep their handbags on the site even when TRR loses product left and right. There is no internal movement and upper management has said they higher externally for all management positions because they have no intention of investing in their employees. You deserve better, but if you need to start somewhere, you could start here. This company as no culture, it's churn and burn.
