      Good learning opportunity but grinding work environment

      Pros

      The people I worked with were very knowledgeable in their fields, and I feel like I learned a lot about the jewelry consignment business.

      Cons

      The work environment is a grind and the quota expectations were unreasonable leading to a decline in the quality of my (and everyone's) work. The company definitely values quantity over quality when it comes to work.

      The pros are the people you work with. Nothing with the company.

      Cons

      I was laid off in April 2020 due to Covid -19. I was told during my exit interview that I would be able to re-apply for position in the company. Whether it be my old job or something new. I have applied for up to 6 different positions spanning from Arizona to NY/NJ. I never even received a declination email. They made zero effort to hire back the people they abandoned.

      Pretty easy job and you get to meet some very cool consignors. Just do what is asked of you and the results will come!

      It's not very mentally stimulating
