      Really kind coworkers Free coffee Shuttle from bart station Clean Offices Pretty decent health benefits Free bagels on Friday

      Cons

      One of the most depressing jobs you will ever experience.... 80% because of the customers are the worst. they will literally curse at you. wish you dead and they are just bad for someones mental health. 20% there are no mental health breaks/day offs for this job. After being screamed and degraded for 8 hours/ 40 hrs a week it can take a toll.... I've seen people who work in the client services department CRY, and have emotional breakdowns.... and for $20-23 bucks an hour- ITS NOT GIVING...... Management has no structure on how to make decisions in CS. they always want you to double check and be right WITHOUT them being asked.... its so annoying and confusing. Alot of favoritism going on. bad mental health. Quotas to reach or else they start micromanaging and pinging you.
