Thankless job, unfortunately growth is not present in many divisions within the company. management is under qualified and petty, and the company restructures frequently. Favoritism is rampant and drama and bullying are frequent. Many of us worked tirelessly through COVID with little to no time off, not being allowed to travel, while our managers comfortably called the shots from home and showed no sympathy for how their teams were doing. There is a significant divide between those at the top and those at the bottom. Toxicity in the staff. Working here gave me me terrible anxiety and despite being well-liked and performing well i felt like I was always in trouble and on the verge of being fired.
