      Good salary but crazy expectations/sales goals

      Pros

      Hours are flexible, the pay is good if you hit quota and earn commission, and the team was supportive

      Cons

      The quota is monthly and very high. Consignors can be difficult and a lot can go wrong operationally and then the ALM has to answer for it and that can be extremely tricky and unpleasant. You do get unlimited time off but your quota is then not adjusted.

      the food, the food perks and there is an HR office in the building in case they might help

      Omg All I am gonna say is this place is full of WEIRDOS!!!! 90% of them. A bunch wannabe celebrities who think they're something because some purchased brand name clothes to wear. A bunch of bunch of PETTY, SHALLOW, SAHDY people!!! Weird place. You might find some genuine folks among them, good for you but after that, most of them are stuck up all the way!!!

      They seem to have no problem with expensing whatever

      Cons

      Worst company I have ever worked for. No matter what was done everything was wrong. Was provided no guidance or “training” for how they wanted things done but everything they assign is done wrong and when you ask how they want it done they claim they don’t have time to train someone when they hire you for your expertise. Most disorganized place. Was late for meetings that I was never informed about but it was my fault so They say left after a few weeks
