Good benefits. They have a great maternity leave program and healthcare coverage.

Cons

The management is clueless to the issues and stress that their employees have, The goals are unattainable, upper management constantly makes changes that make the job harder, there is bullying and favoritism, the turnover is super high and there are very few tenured employees, there isn’t much room for growth within the company. I had a director who was vindictive and would get furious if you didn’t just agree with everything he said and made the workplace toxic. He hired terrible managers who were incompetent and did whatever he said even if it was a bad decision.
