Cool concept, but poorly executed. Make decent money if you work 7 days a week, 355-360ish days a year.

Cons

Upper management has no idea what is going on in the field. Does not care about people and talent. No work/ life balance. Working weekends and most holidays (I got scheduled on Christmas Day). A lot of work with little reward. Company has changed for the worse. They took all of Yelp's employees and are trying to mimic that business model, it's messy and makes no sense - very different companies.
