      -Generous compensation and benefits -Supportive and fun leaders -Workplace encourages and fosters learning and development -Values driven organization -TRR "All Hands" meetings provide the organization to hear straight from senior leadership about company performance, new changes, or meet new executive-level personnel at the company.

      Cons

      -Rapid growth can cause occasional periods of disorganization and change within the company or certain departments, but it's expected that as a company grows, restructuring and operational changes will need to take place. -Communication can sometimes be inconsistent or not always reach the correct people, but it typically gets resolved quickly.

      There are no pro's about working there.

      Cons

      Upper management is dysfunctional. There is no clear communication and the performance expectations change constantly. You have to work 7 days/week to make your goals and upper leadership make the rules as they go. There is no work life balance the corporate culture is toxic and unhealthy. They do not people first and promotions are based on popularity and not merit.

      Current work from home status, friendly coworkers...

      Cons

      wage is low, company operation is disorganized and operates like a startup, schedule sucks, they CLAIM alot of things prior to the job to pull you in but its all untrue. threaten to fire new hires for low volume? come on. i don't recommend this to anyone. literally no one.
