Great culture, but not the most exciting work

Great company culture and people. The engineering organization has a lot of bright and talented people that are invested in raising the bar for new engineers.

Cons

Found it was difficult to change teams/positions to find the role I was most interested in once there, and it ended up being easier for me to just change jobs. Tech stack isn’t that innovative, and at least when I was there, there was a lot of tech debt that was just “ignored”. Much of the code base is a 10 year old RoR monolith.
