Pros
Avery good team Good work environment Team meetings and monthly potlucks.
Cons
There are too many people in charge. They all tell you different things with out discussing with each other what is the correct answer. Learning each others work position is important. Leads did not know what my job was so that affected the way I was trained on new things. They should know what everyone does. The pay was very small. The company tried to make up for it with cupcakes for holidays like international women’s day or black history month but it doesn’t make up for so much time we put in the office.
