Remote and pretty autonomous. Great industry to be in to connect with people and network. Meet cool people. Build relationships.

Cons

This company makes it impossible hit their quotas. You only get raises after you bring in a certain amount of business but if you are in a smaller market this will take much longer than main markets like LA, NY etc. So someone could be with the company for 3 years and not get a promotion or increase while Someone in a better market can get that same increase at 1.5 years because there is more business there. Does not promote retention.
