Fashion Industry Being around items and goods you normally wouldn't be able to

ZERO work life balance Micro-management. Goals are completely unattainable. They don't reflect the market. The entire US has the same goal which doesn't make any sense. Unless your market is Los Angeles or NYC, you are basically screwed. You are told unlimited PTO when you are hired but it isn't that. It is performance based PTO.
