      Pros

      TheRealReal is a young and growing company. When I began, I was given a base and little guidance on obtaining leads. Once the company went public, my position turned into an all sales one while still servicing existing clients and trying to fix issues that were occurring on the back end. Great benefits

      Cons

      If you don't have connections to others with luxury goods and don't like sales, this position is not for you. Full time = 60 + hours, more realistically 70 or more. Don't cross over into other's territory. Stay in your lane, not really open to new ideas, or thinking outside the box. Managers earn bonuses on your hitting goals.
