      Pros

      Commission was great if you met the requirements. After the training period it was harder to reach goals and no support from company

      Cons

      You do not have a lot of clients that want to work with the company because of horrible pay out. The company only cares about numbers not the quality of the work.

      Looking for Followship - not Leadership

      Pros

      Every day is different and they offer so much specialized training for employees and managers - everything from product knowledge to leadership coaching - so much more than any luxury retail brand out there. If you want to brush up your sales skills - this is the place to do it, it’s a real sales boot camp business.

      Cons

      High quotas and even higher workload expectation for sales teams - I would not recommended this sales role for a first time college grade. Role and responsibilities often do not match pay range. New ideas and ways of doing things are not encouraged.
