      Pros

      The vast majority of employees like working here as they see what we are doing and are part of something that has never been done before. Hard work and ethic are recognized and those that perform know they are making an impact to the company's success.

      Cons

      It's a start-up even though it's been one for 5+ years and with that comes growing pains. The business moves fast and that comes with mistakes but these are not done intentionally. So if you are a person that needs a button down job with all processes and practices well honed this is not the place for you.

      Fast + Furious!

      Pros

      Fast paced, empowered + creative environment. Dynamic, exciting, challenging and fun all at the same time. Ideas and entrepreneurial spirit rewarded.

      Cons

      Moving so fast, communication among departments and regions is difficult. Work / life balance can be be hard to navigate.

      Pros

      The people at The Realreal are the number one reason I love coming to work. Everyone I work with is helpful, honest and very supportive. Our teammates work together to help one another learn, understand and hit our goals. We get to work with amazing consignors, impacting their lives daily and are building a company that is disrupting the retail industry!

      Cons

      Technology tools for the sales team need updating. Working remotely can be difficult to stay engaged without consistent communication from HQ.
