      Free lunches, great co-workers, set schedule, deal with luxury items

      Cons

      They will promise you up and down future opportunities, but it's completely misleading and it's the company's way of sucking you into a black hole. All they care about it quotas, not developing or learning anything substantial. So. Many. People. are overlooked and undervalued. Managers are petty, gossipy, and borderline useless. If you want to go back to high school and work a dead end job I strongly encourage you apply/work here.

      Pros

      Friendly, motivated people work at The RealReal. There are great managers that are kind and understanding. This company from the CEO Julie to the managers truly care about their employees. They treat them very well with kindness, understanding and respect. There are wonderful benefits that they work very hard to get for their employees as well that I am very grateful for. What more could you ask for? I could work for this company for the rest of my life if the culture and values remain the same.

      Cons

      Wish there was an online work from home program for those more reliable and independent employees.

      Pros

      You have a set schedule and know what management expects of you. We get a lot of free food and the environment is pretty relaxed.

      Cons

      The tasks for a copywriter are extremely repetitive and can get to the point where you feel as if you aren't moving towards anything as far as your career goes. You have to come in for a 6 day work week at the end of the month.
