      2nd week on the job and I absolutely love it!

      Pros

      The interview process was seamless. Each step was managed well and an offer was given in a timely manner. The first week I shadowed my manager and every day I am supported by a wonderful staff that has made me feel very welcome.

      Cons

      None so far. There is a lot of online training that may take awhile to understand but that is to be expected.

      Pros

      Absolutely nothing is worth it.

      Cons

      Bullying managers. Management style is all about intimidation and bullying. Expect to be called names, be yelled at, have your managers gossip about you (and everyone else on your team) and act very aggressively. Dishonest work. You will be asked to appraise items without the knowledge to do it, while checking a box that an expert has looked at the piece. If you question this, you will be targeted by your managers. A sweat shop. You will be asked to work long hours, Saturdays and other over-time without the option to say no. Zero professional development. There is not path for promotion here and the pay is well below industry standard to begin.

      Free food on Monday Tuesday, Thursday and Friday there are no other pros about this company.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations no training, very stressful. Manager never interacts with employees. Could care less about people. Worst place to work.
