Learned a lot from my manager but culture became worse as the company grew

Pros

Enjoyed working for and learning from my manager and it is possible to get promoted quickly.

Cons

CEO and senior managers were often hostile and dismissive to other employees in an open environment. A lot of the rules and policies seemed arbitrary and changed regularly. CEO was open about not wanting anyone to take vacation days.

- Lots of opportunity, autonomy, room for growth, and creative thinking encouraged. - Ability to see projects through from conception to strategy to execution. - Great team, creative culture, free lunches and snacks. - Fast-growing startup experiencing great success and making new strides every day. - Management is very accessible, including the CEO.

Cons

- Startup culture meaning hard work. Must be willing to go above and beyond. - Not your traditional 9 to 5. Have to be willing to put in long hours and get things done.
