In regards to pay, we regularly assess our compensation and benefits and adjust to ensure we are competitive in the marketplace. We also understand how the authentication role could be perceived as monotonous due to the nature and function of the department. While it is imperative that we set performance metrics to ensure a seamless customer and consignor experience, we also value the importance of having balance within the workday.
