We understand your frustration with production metrics, and while we do set KPI’s to ensure a positive consignor and customer experience, we also leverage team performance and business needs to ensure performance metrics are realistic and achievable. In regards to pay, we regularly assess our compensation and benefits to ensure we are competitive in the marketplace.

Worst retail company to work for Managers and operations are not aligned Kept losing merchandise Human resource doesn’t really help New employees are brought onboard at higher compensation than current employees because no one wants to work there Over worked all the time with unrealstic expectations Benefits aren’t the best
