Pros

It will always be the people you meet here. TheRealReal employees really cool people, but it's hard if you get seated by 1D people during the work hours. You'll be so happy to run away during your breaks. Benefits. It sucks being an employee is tied to having such great benefits. There were lunches paid for but don't expect any gains for my gym people.

Cons

Copywriters are tasked with a daily quota of 250. This number includes a variety of clothing types - shirts, dresses, jackets, etc. Some items are faster to move through as you visually scan for characteristics and record them via typing on the computer. At the end of the day, you strive to hit as close to that number as possible, if not attaining it. And, as humans, some days are better than others. But when there are copywriters who hit the quota day after day, no matter the garment types? The managers look at individuals who can't do the same as weak links. It's an easy way to put yourself on the chopping block. They don't look at everyone's number with a bell curve, just that you're not as good as *insert Marvel hero copywriter*. It's a machine job with little care for workers unless you overwork yourself everyday (or just naturally gifted at being an authenticator). Good luck.
