      Constantly being on group chats and being pushed to sell more even when you have sold lots.

      Commission is great as long as you work hard, flexible

      Small company that is overstaffed and has a huge turn over rate and too sales driven sometimes overlook

      Good intro to the sales world

      Cons

      You don't get raises. If your market gets new mananger even if they were from that market do not expect to keep your job. The mananger lies about reasons to fire people and asked there employees to do the same.

      I'm so sorry to hear you feel this way. Having been here under a year, I do not understand why you would think you would receive a raise when companies review annually. Our employees in the field all receive incentive for their great work and we have promoted over 300 people last year as a result of their hard work. I wish you success in your career.
