I am concerned over your comments and sorry to hear this. We have one of the best learning departments with continued courses. You should have had a week of training prior to getting out on your own. Incentives are paid and we have had over 300 employees promoted last year. We do not look at it as making money for Higher Ups; we look at it as YOU being paid incentives for all you do. ALSO.....We do not hire in this role. I am assuming you were an MSA? I wish you success on the road ahead. Randy Brandon Director of People Attraction

Pros

Pay, ability to advance, flexibility in scheduling and good PTO benefit. Good incentives and people oriented organization. Constantly expanding programs.

Cons

Contracts are often discontinued with little notice. Medical benefits are expensive and are not very comprehensive. Performance expectations are not always clear from management.

I am so sorry to read all of this. Unfortunately, when a contract ends, we do not have control over the timeline and, yes, it is awful for everyone. We worked diligently to help everyone land another role and hope you will look on our career site or reach out to your recruiter for assistance. Our benefits are improving each year, and we understand the struggles people face with cost. I wish you success in your future! Randy Randy Brandon Director of People Attraction

Pros

Great job if you’ve never had one before, live at home with your parents, and don’t look for benefits or tuition reimbursement. You rarely see your manager depending on your proximity to their home location. Dependable bi-weekly paychecks-not commission based-partial reimbursement for travel. Dental coverage is really the only true perk and Vision coverage and $50k of AD&D is complimentary.

Cons

No upward mobility for people above 35 or women and no awards or bonuses for anyone less than upper management. Ageism, discrimination, and complaints about management are definitely not taken as seriously as they claim. The company threw a big holiday bash to celebrate at HQ 12/17 in Florida but didn’t reward or even formally thank the people that do the work that pays for their party, jewelry, and suits. They blasted their good times video all over social media and they have no problem exploiting you for their marketing purposes. Lots of promises and no follow through when it comes to advancements. The WORST medical care costs I have ever seen - upwards of $800/month for two people. They say they have an open door policy but it’s only if it’s complimentary as all issues defer back to the manager who might actually be the main source of the problem. People have been let go for questionable reasons, one manager lied under oath to Unemployment about performance of an employee but they send a lawyer to those hearings to cover themselves. Some contracts aren’t even provided proper resources to be successful and when challenged, the push back is always money although they brag about having the biggest year. I should mention that they run alongside a handful of different company names, Big Bang Enterprises, Mobile Insight, Retail Operators, Consumer Insight, Symbits, and TROC.

I am so disappointed that your experience was less than stellar here. I would be more than happy to discuss with you as would one of our People Experience folks. It is our intention and goal to ensure consistent communication with your manager whether in person , video or phone. We never discriminate on age and have employees in every age bracket working for us.
