Pros

The interview process is easy.

Cons

The downside to working there is low pay for what they want you to achieve. You can't offer someone a low base pay and then expect them to sell successfully. Selling is very stressful. They tax your car allowance which has never been done to me before. I left the job and they refused to pay me my money.

Pros

Depending on what project you're on and who you area manager is, you can have a flexible schedule.

Cons

poor pay, no annual raises, no opportunity for advancement, poor benefits (you have to pay for 75% of your health insurance), be prepared to put lots of miles on you vehicle and get a meger "gas allowance" as compensation, sales goals set so high it's impossible to make goal, and micro managing managers.

Pros

Great upward mobility for performers, top not h management ability to connect with a multitude of people in the industry

Cons

Lower base pay on most projects, decent commission structure for reps and they don't hold it back forever either.
