Horrible Communication

Pros

If you have experience, they tend to pay more. As a Manager you get full time, benefits, bonus, and commission on top of a decent hourly rate. Paid training, paid fuel for training if distance was far.

Cons

Turn over on sales reps, communication from upper management. 30 minute lunch break, training program was awful.

Pros

Hours are flexible and you learn how to sell if you're at the right location.

Cons

They pretty much hustle you on the pay and there's a lot of politics, I've seen co workers who deserve to be promoted not get the promotion and seen the ones who sleep with the district manager move to the top.

Pros

The Retail Outsource is a great company to work for. Management is really on point towards helping the employees maximize their potential. Last thing is if you want to move up there is an opportunity for you.

Cons

First thing is that hourly pay is pretty bad with the amount of things we deal with. Second thing is that they hire from the outside better then within. Last thing is too much politics. I hope I don’t get fired.
