Pros

Excellent compensation package and flexible working hours. Management was easygoing so long as you hit your quotas. Which I always did.

Cons

No I Phones in our location and more extensive newhire training on how to setup accounts on antiquated computer system. This alone would have improved the customer experience and I would not have had to do setups for other reps while selling for myself.

Pros

I got this job for the flexibility and I liked my direct supervisor

Cons

management is constantly changing our quotas and compensation plans. medical benefits suck! base salary is not up to par for the work ...Also, the people they are promoting to area managers are idiots...the good & smart area managers have left the sinking ship
