      Pros

      Promote from within, always someone available to support if help is needed. Immediate supervisors are awesome.

      Cons

      Staffing is impossible, pays less than the major retailers partnered with so lose staff to them. Upper management not the greatest.

      Improved my quality of life

      Pros

      Great pay. I had to work two jobs before I started here but this pays so well that it allowed me to quit my other one. As a single mom paying her way through college, the large commission and high-quality health insurance really made a huge difference. I have more time to study and be with my daughter than I ever expected, and my grades and my daughter’s happiness have increased so much already. Not to mention that they’re flexible with my hours, so I can take the classes I need without worrying about it affecting my job.

      Cons

      It can be a lot of work, but it’s so worth it.
