      Pros

      You get a paycheck Travel is paid for (But you hear about it at the last minute)

      Cons

      Communication is the absolute worst the phone number they have online never seems to have an ‘available representative’ present. Keep a paper trail cause there is FAR TO MUCH ‘he said she said’. Keep copies of your emails and texts cause you don’t want to end up stuck in a hotel room away from home with only $100 a week (Less for those who have benefits with them). Ridiculously long waits for response to issues that are not considered priority in the eyes of the upper management. Lack of training . Lack of equal treatment. Keeping employees on with the company who violated policy. (I.e. Theft). Overall highly UNORGANIZED.

      Pros

      Staff and management are cool people You just stand there and sell products and get paid really well for it, this gig couldn’t be easier They don’t really care what you do as long as you meet your quota for the week, but you can always take on overtime if you want more money

      Cons

      Lots of time on your feet, make sure you get comfortable shoes Not a great job if you’re lazy or looking to sit a lot

      Just an all-around great company

      Pros

      T-ROC is great because no matter who you are, they’ll be able to find something for you here. They really cater to everyone and because of that they have a very diverse group of employees. It’s refreshing. I love how open management is and how willing they are to take a chance on people who may not have a lot of experience. Regardless of what department you’re in, working at T-ROC is a great experience. I’ve been here for over four years and I still look forward to coming to work every day. It’s just an all-around great company.

      Cons

      Almost five years and I still can’t think of a single issue with the company. I love it here.
